       3:30-6:00 PM on weekdays, 10:00-1:00 PM on weekends. 
       Saturday practices are Mandatory. 

Practice time (for novice and conditioning): 

       6:00-7:00 PM on weekdays, 12:00-1:30 PM on weekends.

 

Practice policies/rules (BH=Beverly Hills, BHHS = Beverly Hills High School): 

 

       -  NO ENTERING THE WRESTLING ROOM WITHOUT CERTIFIED COACHES OR BHHS COACHES:
                  Sensei Boris Brezhnev, Kevin Villegas, Mark Mead and Justin Brezhnev.

       -  YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER OF DYNAMO CLUB.  Registration form is available

                  online, and there is a $200/year fee to cover club's memberships, administrative, insurance

                  (of DYNAMO, BHHS, and BH City) and other costs.  Please clear your registration & payment

                  with sensei Brezhnev. 

       -  GUESTS ARE PERMITTED ONLY WITH COACHES' CONSENTS/PRESENCE.
       -  NO PRACTICE, IN ANY FORM, ALLOWED WITHOUT PROPER AND CURRENT MMA 

               ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE.
       -  NO SHOES NOR CASUAL CLOTHES ON MATS (SPECIAL WRESTLING SHOES AND

                  UNIFORMS ARE REQUIRED)
       -  NO FOOD IN THE ROOM
       -  NO DRINKS (Sodas, Juices, etc.) IN THE ROOM
       -  NO CHEWING GUM IN THE ROOM
       -  APPROPRIATE AND CLEAN UNIFORM ON MATS ONLY:Judo/JuJitsu Gi, KIMONO, SAMBO

                  Jackets, Freestyle/Folkstyle Gi,Clean T-shirts/Shirts, Sport Suits;
       -  NO TALKING OR/AND TELEPHONE CALLS ALLOWED DURING THE PRACTICE;
       -  NO RACIAL, SEXUAL, RELIGIOUS OR ANY FORM OF TEASING OR/AND ABUSE ALLOWED;
       -  NO PRACTICING ALLOWED WITHOUT PROPER WARM UP;
       -  Tardiness is prohibited unless you receive special permission from one of the coaches.
       -  No horseplay.
       -  After practice has finished, the room must be cleared within the next ten minutes.
       -  Coaches have the right to ask rule breakers/non-members to leave practices.
