Jan 24. IMPORTANT REMINDER for members wanting to get Black Belt or advanced ranking in Judo or SAMBO.
If you want to preserve your current ranking, and get promoted this year, you need to renew or sign up for USJA (for Judo) and AASF (American Amateur SAMBO Federation) memberships, which is $ 50 each per year per person, and your 2008 DYNAMO Club membership ($ 200 per year).
Please see sensei Brezhnev soon to determine if you need to renew/sign up immediately.
If you let your membership expire, you will have to start your ranking from ZERO again, or pay a lot more to get your current rankings re-instated. This is USJA/AASF rules, not ours. We hope this won't happen to anyone.

Jan 22. 2008 DYNAMO MMA Championship is tentatively set for Nov. 22nd. Mark that on your calendar.
January 15. DYNAMO members had a great start for year 2008. Several of them participated in the Best of the Valley (of Los Angeles) tournament in the past weekend, with Klar Kuo winning 2nd in 215 lb class, and Justin Brezhnev winning 5th in the 135 lb class. Congratulations to all DYNAMO members who participated.
January 8. There is no practice on Thursday Jan. 10th and Saturday Jan. 12th for high school wrestling tournament.
